Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager in Sales & Business Development, based in Raipur. The role involves managing and driving sales, fostering customer relationships, providing training to sales teams, and strategically handling business development activities. The selected candidate will ensure the implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives and proactively build market presence. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets in Plumbing Pipes and Fittings. Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships Experience in Training sales teams and driving performance improvement Proficient in business development strategies and market analytics Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in Plumbing Pipes and Fittings industry only
