Contracts Manager/Deputy Manager /Assistant Manager gurugram 7 - 10 years INR 0.5 - 1.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities: - The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of real estate contracts, including lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, development contracts, service agreements, and regulatory compliance documentation. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are legally sound, commercially beneficial, and aligned with company policies and objectives. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts including development agreements, leases, sale-purchase agreements, construction contracts, and service-level agreements. Provide legal and contractual advice to management, project teams, and business units. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, RERA (if applicable), zoning regulations, and other statutory requirements. Manage contract life-cycle from initial request through execution, amendments, renewals, and termination. Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks in real estate transactions. Collaborate with internal departments (finance, projects, sales, procurement, facilities) to ensure alignment of contract terms with business goals. Maintain and update contract templates, standard terms, and internal guidelines. Resolve contract disputes, claims, and negotiations with contractors, vendors, and clients. Liaise with external legal counsel when required. Train and mentor junior team members on contract drafting, negotiation techniques, and compliance issues. Preferred candidate profile:- B. tech in Civil 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate laws, property transactions, and regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements. Excellent knowledge of risk management and compliance practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Preferred Attributes :- Experience with ERP/SAP/Contract Management systems. Exposure to large-scale development projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use). Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
