Skilled in managing end-to-end RCM operations for US healthcare clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements. Role & Responsibilities: Billing: Review and process medical claims accurately as per payer requirements; ensure timely submission and reduce claim rejections. Authorization: Verify insurance eligibility, obtain pre-authorization, and maintain payer documentation for smooth claim processing. Accounts Receivable (AR): Follow up with insurance companies and patients on unpaid claims, resolve denials, and update claim status in systems. Payment Posting (PP): Post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately in the billing software. Registration: Ensure accurate patient demographic and insurance data entry to minimize claim denials. Quality Analysis (QA): Audit RCM processes and claims for accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and achieve monthly productivity and quality targets.
