Your primary responsibility will be to use AI tools such as MidJourney to generate high-quality, India-centric artwork focusing on themes like culture, festivals, and street life. By designing and editing image pairs creatively, you will develop daily "Find the Differences" puzzle content that engages millions of users within the Dainik Bhaskar digital ecosystem. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our games, ensuring clarity and accuracy in visuals to enhance gameplay experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with content and product teams to maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard, exploring new art styles suitable for gameplay while staying on-brand and adapting visual tone based on the theme. Efficient workflow and collaboration are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with game designers and the content team to translate daily puzzle ideas into visuals effectively. By proactively building a robust pool of edited puzzles and organizing visual assets, you will stay ahead of the content calendar, contributing to the seamless creation and maintenance of image sources, references, and style consistency. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, or game art, along with a strong command of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI image generation tools such as MidJourney and Sora. Your strong visual sense for layout, color, detail, and style, especially for mobile-first games, will be essential in creating visually rich and engaging puzzle content. If you have experience designing for casual/puzzle games or visual content in Hindi/Indian contexts, it would be considered a bonus.
