Tech full time in Civil Civil Engineering Requirements: 1. Proficient in maths and physics: Understand and calculate building specifications to be able to make Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Estimate quantity of materials required from civil drawings. 2. Technical Skills: Having technical knowledge in quantity surveying, project billing and estimation. Identifying overestimate of quantities and rates in BOQ. Also having experience using computer aided software (CAD) to plan, design and create building or infrastructure arrangements. 3. Project Management: Overseeing the project completion from start to finish. Work with contractors & engineers and other building professionals to ensure the project is on schedule. 4. Problem Solving: Solve complex technical problems related to building design, client demand and budget restrictions. 5. Verbal Communication Skills: Communicate ideas and construction processes to other professionals, like contractors and engineers. 6. Presentation Skills: Weekly report of site work done, measurement of quantity of work, and cost reduction of BOQ.
