Job Title: Quality Analyst International BPO Location: Gurugram, Haryana Salary: Up to 35,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (International BPO process) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an International BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of voice and non-voice interactions, identifying improvement areas, and supporting agents with constructive feedback and training insights.
