Role: Sales Executive For Real Estate Agent Co. Role Definition Sales Executive is one who is responsible for generating initial interest of the leads and setting up meetings for site visits for Mr Dilip or Mr Sanjay and finally for the BO to close the deals. He will also be responsible for updating property listings on portals. Responsibility Deliverable 1 ) Updating Property Listings. 2 ) Calling up all leads filtering them and setting up meetings for site visits. 3 ) Compiling all data, Following up with leads via Calls, WhatsApp, Email 4 ) Develop selling skills and acquire knowledge of various properties and projects and to grow into Manager Sales. Competencies we are looking for: SKILLS: 1) Fluency in English-Basic 2) Persuasion Skills 3) Rapport Building Skills 4) Telephone Etiquette KNOWLEDGE: Tasks & Activities Tele calling and Appointment Setting for site visits: 5 hour daily Calling and setting up site visits of new and old leads/prospects. Maintaining the database in the internal company template and Compiling all the leads along with their response and updating and sharing daily in the Operational Meeting with Mr Dilip and BO. Updating listings on Portals on daily basis. Email/Whatsapp all old and new target customers with company profile and updates of resale properties, under construction and new launch projects.
