This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate should ensure smooth front desk operations while providing administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products and services. Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security and check-in protocols. Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail services. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair smartphones of all major brands (Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, etc.) Perform repairs such as display replacement, charging issues, battery replacement, water damage, and motherboard-level faults Maintain records of repairs and spare parts usage Ensure quality checks before delivery Provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards Work collaboratively with the team for smooth operations Requirements: Proven experience in mobile repair (hardware & software) Knowledge of micro-soldering, IC-level repair , and troubleshooting Ability to handle tools and repair machines with precision Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team spirit Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant Experience in Mobile Repair Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
