We're looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Desk Executive to be the face of our Mohali office. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate should ensure smooth front desk operations while providing administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products and services. Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security and check-in protocols. Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail services. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies. Coordinate with internal departments for operational needs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,386.34 - ₹15,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
