Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresher) Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Sales & Marketing Executive for Academic Labs. The role involves promoting and selling cutting- edge academic labs, including AI, Cybersecurity (Cyber Ranges), Bosch Rexroth Industrial Automation Labs, and Interactive Anatomy Simulation Labs, to engineering, science, and medical colleges across South India. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Marketing: o Identify and engage with prospective clients in colleges and universities. o Present and demonstrate academic lab solutions to key stakeholders. o Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. 2. Business Development: o Develop a comprehensive understanding of academic lab offerings. o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. o Generate leads through networking, campus visits, and outreach programs. 3. Proposal Management: o Prepare persuasive proposals tailored to client needs. o Ensure proposals highlight the value and ROI of the labs. 4. Communication and Reporting: o Deliver clear and impactful presentations to diverse audiences. o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress. o Regularly report progress and insights to the sales manager. Qualifications: Education: Freshers in, oBBA, MCA, BCA, MBA, B.E And B.Tech Skills: o Able to achieve targets. o Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly. o Proficiency in using digital tools for presentations and reporting.
