Location: Sirohi, Rajasthan Position: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) – Solar Technician Site Type: Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plant Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (specifically in ground-mounted solar sites) Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and fix faults on both AC and DC sides of the solar power system. Maintain and update plant performance reports; coordinate with the operations team. Possess sound knowledge of electrical components and systems—transformers, VCBs, inverters, solar PV modules, etc. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per SOPs. Follow safety protocols and industry best practices for all O&M tasks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
