Excellent Opening for Corporate Trainer (Behavioral & Soft Skills) at Transsion Holdings {Itel/Tecno/Infinix) @ Noida - Sector 142. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in Behavioral and Soft Skills training to join our team. The ideal Candidate will have 7-10 Years of Corporate Training experience, having worked within corporate organizations (not freelancers). This role involves Designing, Developing, and Delivering impactful Training Programs to enhance Employee Behavioral Competencies and Soft skills, thereby driving overall Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Engagement. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and Leadership teams to identify Training Needs related to Behavioral and Soft Skills across the Organization. Design, Develop, and Deliver Engaging Training Modules, Workshops, and E-Learning Content tailored to diverse Employee Groups. Conduct Instructor-led Training Sessions, Virtual Classrooms, and Seminars that enhance Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence, and other Key Soft Skills. Facilitate interactive Learning Experiences that encourage Participant Engagement and Practical Application. Assess Training Effectiveness through Feedback, Evaluations, and Performance Metrics; implement improvements continuously. Mentor and Coach Employees Post-training to ensure Skill Application and sustained Development. Stay updated with latest Trends, Tools, and best practices in Corporate Training and Adult Learning Methodologies. Manage Training Calendars, Track Attendance, and Prepare Training Reports for Management review. Ensure Compliance with Corporate Policies and Maintain Training Materials Documentation. Preferred Candidate Profile 7-10 Years of solid experience as a Corporate Trainer focused Primarily on Behavioral and Soft Skills Development within a Corporate setting. Proven track record of Designing and Delivering Training Programs in Multinational or Large Corporate Organizations (not freelance experience). Excellent Communication, Presentation and Facilitation Skills. Strong Understanding of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design Techniques. Ability to engage diverse Audiences and Adapt Training to Different Learner needs. Proficiency with Digital Tools for Virtual Training and Content Creation (e.g., MS PowerPoint, LMS Platforms, Video Conferencing Tools). Strong organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple Training Programs simultaneously. Relevant Educational background in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar fields; Certifications in Training or Coaching are a plus. Benefits Best in Industry
