Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote ExxonMobil industrial lubricants. Identify and acquire new industrial clients in the Raigarh region and nearby industrial hubs. Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize long-term revenue. Achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market penetration. Coordinate with logistics and technical support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Deliver regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of B2B/industrial sales experience (preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or related sectors). Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical selling skills. Knowledge of the industrial landscape in Chhattisgarh (Raigarh, Korba, Bilaspur, etc.) is a plus. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with dealers and clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, evaluating performance, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for lubricants (Automotive, Industrial, and Commercial segments). Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively.
