Job Title: Sales Manager – Industrial Lubricants Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh Company: G K & Sons Automobiles Pvt Ltd – Authorized Distributor of ExxonMobil Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: G K & Sons Automobiles Pvt Ltd, an authorized distributor of ExxonMobil, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the growth of industrial lubricant sales in Raigarh and surrounding areas. This role focuses on new business generation, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets across manufacturing, mining, heavy equipment, and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote ExxonMobil industrial lubricants. Identify and acquire new industrial clients in the Raigarh region and nearby industrial hubs. Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize long-term revenue. Achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market penetration. Coordinate with logistics and technical support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Deliver regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of B2B/industrial sales experience (preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or related sectors). Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical selling skills. Knowledge of the industrial landscape in Chhattisgarh (Raigarh, Korba, Bilaspur, etc.) is a plus.
