Accounting tasks : Processing bills, invoices, and payments, recording financial transactions, and preparing financial statements Administrative tasks : Maintaining files, updating accounts databases, and scheduling appointments Communication : Communicating with clients and other staff to understand financial needs and report information Record keeping : Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies Reconciliation : Reconciling accounts payable transactions and performing bank reconciliations Vendor management : Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors Expense reports : Reviewing and processing employee expense reports Budgeting : Controlling the overall budget credit and erasing any outstanding dues Reporting : Reporting to the accounts officer on the outcome of work and deficiencies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: POR, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you comfortable commuting on a daily basis to Por on your own vehicle?
