Role & responsibilities Brand Management: Own and evolve the fintech brand identity to resonate with target customer segments (B2C and/or B2B). Drive brand awareness and trust through integrated campaigns, digital storytelling, and consistent messaging. Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and growth teams to ensure cohesive brand alignment across all channels (app, website, ads, content, etc.). Monitor fintech industry trends, user behavior, and competitor positioning to inform brand strategy. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and oversee internal brand training. Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and product-related projects (e.g., feature launches, rebranding, acquisition campaigns). Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. Manage cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, designers, developers, compliance, and external agencies. Track key KPIs for both brand health and project performance; produce regular reports and post-project reviews. Identify risks, manage change requests, and ensure adherence to budget and timelines. Key Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in brand management and/or project management within fintech, financial services, or tech industries. Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including consumer behavior, regulatory considerations, and digital financial products. Strong project management skills (PMP or Agile certification is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and collaborate across teams. Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) and project management platforms. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm, strategic mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching mobile apps or digital financial products. Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration and Agile product development.
