Role & responsibilities Assist in the design, inspection, checking, testing, and validation of electromechanical switches, sockets, and control accessories. Support the production and assembly processes by learning the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control parameters. Work with the R&D and product engineering teams to understand product functionality, specifications, and improvements. Participate in product testing, inspections, and failure analysis as part of the quality assurance team. Document processes, test results, and work instructions under the guidance of senior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, procurement, manufacturing, and sales. Support customer service or technical support teams by understanding product applications and helping resolve basic customer queries. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Recent graduate (02 years of experience). Basic understanding of electromechanical components such as switches, relays, sockets, or similar products. Skills & Attributes Strong interest in electromechanical systems, hardware products. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team. Familiarity with basic engineering tools and software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or electrical CAD tools is a plus). Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety. Basic knowledge of standards (e.g., IEC, UL, IS) for electrical components is a plus.
