It aims to spread the light of knowledge that can illuminate the path for the new generation to travel towards their destination with confidence. No doubt, their guidance can motivate and encourage the young generation. To create a vast database of research outcomes through a unique website that can provide not only information but also encouragement for pursuing research in multiple disciplines. The young generation will be inspired to undertake innovative research activities, which can bring out new concepts and techniques to resolve emerging problems. Also, can link post-research outcomes for crossbreed ideas in order to explore new horizons of research scope. It provides smooth online communication for the flow of ideas and encourages a higher level of mental agility necessary for exploring multi-activity research areas. This can also enable the realization of a higher level of human endeavours. The federation provides a platform at regular intervals for members to meet and deliberate upon their experiences and ideas. In the near future, such platforms will be provided at different parts of the world through the initiative of local chapters. When every forum generates enormous new ideas, the think tank, consisting of experts with years of experience, will disseminate ideas and evolve new programs and activities over time. This will include the initiatives of the local chapters for evolving striking activities that can ignite enthusiasm amongst academicians. The federation will also involve institutes and students to build a strong foundation of mutual trust and collaboration. Overall, the federation strives to establish a strong link of mutual partnership in the academic world to open new opportunities for development. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director for the Federation for World Academics, located in Delhi, India. The Executive Director will oversee the strategic planning and execution to create the Institutional Memberships of Higher Education in 25 states in India. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing policies, liaising with industry and academic stakeholders, and playing a key role in organising events and conclaves in different states, leading research efforts, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in strategic planning and team management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement Expertise in research, policy development, and academic institution evaluations Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with attention to detail Experience in the education sector or related fields is highly desirable Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive, productive work environment

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager - Community Relations & Corporate Alliance. The role is located in New Delhi, but some work from home is acceptable. The Manager will be responsible for alliance with Corporate for CSR fund and engaging with community partners, maintaining public relations, planning and coordinating events, and implementing the projects. Daily tasks include networking with stakeholders, managing communications, strategizing sales efforts, and organizing community-related activities.
