Job Description

Role Overview: As an FW Developer & FPGA System Integrator, your primary responsibility will be to understand hardware architecture, datapath, and IP specifications. You will be developing low-level drivers to interface with IPs and protocols such as PCIe, NAND Flash, and SPI. Your role will also involve integrating hardware components and IPs to establish the required system functionality and FPGA board level bring up. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver test specifications documents and test objectives while aligning the development and validation process with cross-functional teams. Constant learning, critical thinking, and collaboration with teams from ASIC, Firmware, and Validation will be essential aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand hardware architecture, datapath, and IP specifications - Develop low-level drivers to interface with IPs and protocols like PCIe, NAND Flash, SPI, etc. - Integrate hardware components and IPs to establish required system functionality and FPGA board level bring up - Deliver test specifications document and test objectives - Align the development and validation process with cross-functional teams - Create internal and external specifications & user documents - Apply critical thinking to the results/data of competitive analysis for product development - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development Qualifications: - Experience with FPGA board bring-up using low-level firmware - Experience with ARC and ARM CPUs - Experience with AMD Vivado & Vitis SDK & VItis AI tools - Experience with C/C++ in developing Embedded FW & scripting automation using Python - Experience with Petalinux build flow, familiarity with Uboot, Linux driver changes, and FPGA SoC debugging - Proven ability to work as part of a global team in multiple geographies - B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science Engineering - Requires 8-10 years of experience in FPGA/RTL & TestBench/embedded systems architecture - Multi-disciplinary experience, including Firmware, HW, and ASIC/FPGA design Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of ARC CPU architectures, Cache hierarchy - Knowledge of PCIe Gen4/5/6 technology, SPI interfaces - Previous experience with storage systems, protocols, and NAND flash is a strong advantage Additional Company Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
