We are hiring motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the SBI Credit Card Process. As a process executive, you will be responsible for handling credit card-related services including application processing, customer support, documentation verification, or tele-sales, depending on the specific role. Key Responsibilities: For Voice/Customer Support Role: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding SBI credit card inquiries. Resolve customer queries related to card activation, billing, payments, and limits. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department. Maintain quality and compliance standards. For Backend/Operations Role: Verify KYC documents submitted for credit card applications. Process applications in accordance with SBI Card guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and data entry. Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
