About the job: This full-time Business Development Executive (Online Sales) role is designed for a proactive and result-oriented professional responsible for driving enrollments in Online MBA, MCA, and MS Data Science programs offered by leading universities. Key responsibilities: 1. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through online channels, referrals, and partnerships. 2. Present program offerings (MBA, MCA, MS Data Science) effectively to prospective students and working professionals. 3. Conduct needs-based discussions to understand career goals and align them with suitable programs. 4. Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into successful enrollments. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions. 6. Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns. 7. Attend online/onsite career fairs, webinars, and corporate outreach activities as required. 8. Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools. 9. Continuously update knowledge about program features, benefits, and industry relevance.
