About the Role We are hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure initiatives for a global Life Sciences client. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects and navigating global, matrixed organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and timelines. Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Apply project management best practices (PMI, Agile, PROSCI) to ensure structured and adaptive delivery. Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and resources while maintaining clear project governance. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Prepare and deliver clear project updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years in IT project management infrastructure focus( cloud, networking, data center, security, etc.) Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech is a must PMI, Agile, PROSCI certifications Strong communication and leadership skills in a global team Proven success in remote, global environments Problem-solving and proactive mindset
