As a highly skilled Tech Lead, you will thrive in building scalable backend systems and have a passion for automation and AI-assisted development. You enjoy leading with code, solving architecture-level challenges, and driving projects forward using modern tech stacks like PHP, Node.js, and AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Augment. Your responsibilities will include leading the architecture and development of robust, scalable backend services and reporting pipelines. You will mentor and guide junior developers and engineers through code reviews and best practices, ensuring adherence to clean code and automation-first principles. Additionally, you will design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and PHP (Laravel), develop and optimize data reporting layers and dashboards for high performance and reliability, and leverage AI tools to increase team productivity and code quality. You will also be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, improving development-to-production release cycles through scripting and tools, and collaborating closely with frontend developers and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable backend solutions will be crucial in this role. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Strong experience in Node.js and PHP (Laravel or custom frameworks). - Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Deep familiarity with KONG API Gateways, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and API versioning. - Experience using or experimenting with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Augment). - Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). - Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus. Nice to Have: - Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL. - Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or interest in learning. - Prior experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or analytics-heavy platforms.,
