Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Health Insurance Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain health insurance products clearly to customers over the phone. Prior experience in telesales or the insurance industry is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance plans. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance products. Provide accurate information regarding policy features, benefits, premium, and coverage. Follow up with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM software. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Adhere to compliance guidelines and quality standards set by the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualification: 12th / Any Graduate. Experience: 0 - 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome). Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections confidently. Basic computer skills and familiarity with calling/CRM tools. Prior experience in health insurance or telesales is an added advantage.
