We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the leasing of our warehousing spaces. Job Title Business Development Executive (Real Estate Leasing) Job Type Temporary (3-month role, with potential for extension based on performance) Location Head Office, Delhi/NCR (with travel to client sites as needed) Working Hours Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary Up to ₹30,000 per month, plus petrol allowance Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with fresher to 1-year experience in real estate sales to promote our available warehousing spaces for leasing. The role involves building market penetration, connecting with prospective manufacturing clients requiring warehousing, conducting market studies, and performing competitor analysis. Candidates should have decent English communication skills and the ability to manage their own commute. Key Responsibilities Promote FWS’s available warehousing spaces for leasing to prospective clients in the manufacturing sector. Build market penetration by identifying and connecting with potential clients requiring warehousing solutions. Conduct market studies to understand industry trends, client needs, and demand for warehousing spaces in Delhi/NCR and surrounding areas. Perform competitor analysis to identify market gaps and position FWS’s offerings effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into leases. Represent FWS professionally in client meetings, showcasing the benefits of our warehousing spaces. Prepare and submit weekly reports on lead generation, client interactions, and market insights to the reporting manager. Skills and Qualifications Fresher to 1-year experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial or industrial leasing. Decent English communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with clients professionally. Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis using online tools and field insights. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Basic knowledge of the manufacturing sector and its warehousing needs is a plus. Job Purpose The Project Coordinator will support the Project Head in overseeing warehousing project site, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
