Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable footwear options. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Manage billing, handle cash/UPI/card transactions, and maintain accuracy. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the store. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals. Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges politely and effectively. Support inventory management by tracking stock and reporting shortages. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Prior retail sales experience (preferably in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle) is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems. Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability. Presentable personality and professional grooming. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards. Manage store inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention. Handle billing accuracy, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation. Train and develop staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and store procedures. Implement visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store. Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve store performance. Prepare and submit regular sales and operations reports to management. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management (footwear, apparel, or lifestyle preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of POS/billing systems and basic MS Office.
