Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire factory operations including production, quality control, maintenance, and manpower management. Plan and schedule daily production to meet targets, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and inventory to ensure smooth functioning. Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations. Supervise production staff and ensure training, discipline, and motivation. Coordinate with design, merchandising, and procurement teams to align production timelines with business goals. Monitor and control wastage, optimize machine utilization, and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with audits and certifications. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for production, inventory, and manpower. Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in a production supervisory role in the textile/apparel industry. Strong knowledge of garment/textile production processes and machinery. Proven ability to manage large teams and handle factory operations independently. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, production planning tools and looms.
