Job Description: Sales Manager – Real Estate Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate Location:NOIDA Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: Director/Head of Sales About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager (Real Estate) to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent networking skills, and the ability to close high-value deals while managing and motivating a team of property consultants. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the real estate sector. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property sales executives to maximize performance. • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful property transactions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients. • Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share updates with senior management. • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to remain competitive. • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional activities. • Ensure smooth coordination with operations, legal, and finance teams for property closures. • Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales with a strong record of closing property deals. • Experience in managing a sales team in residential/commercial real estate projects. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong network of property buyers, investors, and channel partners. • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms. • Goal-oriented mindset with leadership qualities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
