Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for recruitment, immigration, and training services. - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individuals seeking overseas opportunities. - Develop and execute strategies to meet business targets and client needs. - Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Lead negotiations and close sales effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. - Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
