Job Summary: Future Distributor is looking for a reliable and experienced Account cum Admin Manager to oversee sales staff coordination, billing operations, dispatch management, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative capabilities, advanced accounting knowledge, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day business activities in a fast-paced distribution setup. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales and dispatch team. Manage billing operations, including invoicing, taxation (GST), and credit/debit notes using Tally or Busy software. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to taxation, documentation, and record-keeping. Monitor and manage dispatches and delivery schedules. Maintain and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports in advanced Excel formats. Handle petty cash, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer account management. Facilitate smooth administrative operations, including staff attendance and office upkeep. Communicate effectively across departments and with external vendors or agencies. Manage multiple tasks and handle business priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the sanitaryware and construction materials segment.
