Future CTO Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager with 5-7 years of experience in backend development to join our team at NMT Security in Noida. At NMT Security, we are dedicated to creating an AI-powered CISO co-pilot platform that assists growing companies in detecting cyber risks, automating compliance, and securing their digital footprint effectively. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product development and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with the founder and early customers, working on building scalable backend systems using Node.js, APIs, and PostgreSQL. Your role will involve shaping the future of cybersecurity tooling for mid-sized businesses. This position goes beyond a typical tech lead role, offering a clear pathway to grow into the CTO role as our company scales. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on and lead backend development, align product vision with tech decisions, and drive innovation across engineering, AI, DevOps, and compliance.
