Job Description

Overall 7+ years experience as the subject matter of expert for business process in any one or more of the below:

Order Management

Inventory Management

Procurement

Costing

Manufacturing

Partner with Capability Architects to build and own test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and test cases leading to QA validations and sign-off on assigned projects

Work with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply-chain integration testing

Evaluate and execute applicable test cases

Document all test results and ensure execution results up to date

Keep stakeholders well-informed of testing progress and statuses

Be able to articulate issues, problems, impacts, and support needs across different internal teams as well as external teams

Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and processes

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

At least 3 years of hands-on experiences working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain any one or more of the below:

Order Management

Inventory Management

Procurement

Costing

Manufacturing

Operational knowledge of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is added advantage.

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Well-versed in creating test plans and test cases

Great sense of urgency, thoroughness, and quality towards assigned tasks/goals

Hands-on experience in debugging problems through system logs

Must have hands on experience on Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, FBDI, Reports, App Composer, Page Composer.

Must have good implementation knowledge on BI Publisher, OTBI as well as FRS reports.

Must have hands on experience on sandbox related capabilities especially on application composer, page composer for creating, maintaining as well as deploying custom objects.

Should have technical knowledge to implement any automation / use any technology outside Oracle Fusion SAAS (if required) to reduce efforts w.r.t daily activities.

Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures related to Oracle Fusion applications.

Document technical processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

Should be able to work closely with Oracle Support for any product related issues.

Work with end-users to identify issues and provide solutions.

Experience working in a global organization with multiple business units and stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, people skills, organized and detailed oriented8+ years of experience in design & development
