Job Description: · Liaising with internal customers to understand requirements, estimating and agreeing timescales of production · Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines - Scheduling & optimizing production resources to maximize efficiency · Managing the Assembly Line - enhancing productivity and driving efficiency, ensuring repair & maintenance of production equipment · Responsible for setting up of complete production including hardware & software requirements · Raw material standardisation, vendor feedback & improvement reporting, . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, statutory compliances, and taxation, with hands-on expertise in GST filings, TDS management , and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with accounting principles. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile GST data with books. Manage TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q). Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ROC filings, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws . Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities . Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external agencies as needed. Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations , and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
