Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering or construction projects. 엔지니어링 또는 건설 프로젝트의 계획, 일정 수립 및 실행을 지원합니다. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and production. 설계, 구매, 생산 등 다양한 부서와 협력합니다. Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports. 기술 문서, 사양서 및 보고서를 작성합니다. Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation. 프로젝트 예산 관리, 비용 추적 및 자원 배분을 지원합니다. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical issues. 프로젝트 진행 상황을 모니터링하고 기술적 문제 해결을 지원합니다. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. 안전 규정, 품질 기준 및 고객 요구사항을 준수하도록 관리합니다. Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders and management. 프로젝트 진행 상황 및 결과를 이해관계자 및 경영진에게 보고합니다. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). 기계, 전기, 토목 등 관련 공학 분야의 학사 학위 소지자. 2–5 years of experience in project engineering, technical coordination, or related work. 프로젝트 엔지니어링 또는 기술 코디네이션 관련 경력 2~5년. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles. 엔지니어링 원리에 대한 탄탄한 기술적 지식 보유자. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 뛰어난 조직력과 멀티태스킹 능력 보유자. Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, SolidWorks). 프로젝트 관리 및 설계 도구(AutoCAD, MS Project, SolidWorks 등) 활용 가능자. Good communication and teamwork skills in both English and Korean. 영어 및 한국어 의사소통 능력 및 협업 능력 우수자. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred. 기술사(Professional Engineer) 또는 동등한 자격증 소지자 우대. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects. 산업, 제조 또는 건설 프로젝트 경험자 우대. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methods. Lean, Six Sigma 등 프로세스 최적화 방법론에 대한 이해 보유자 우대. Familiarity with safety management and quality control systems. 안전 관리 및 품질 관리 시스템에 익숙한 자 우대. Employment Type Full-time (Mid-level). 정규직 (중급 수준).
