Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
