As a Furniture Sourcing and Manufacturing Expert at Beyond&more, your role involves identifying furniture manufacturers in India & China who offer good designs, quality, and have the necessary manufacturing infrastructure and capabilities. You will be responsible for forging alliances with these manufacturers by identifying, visiting, and establishing sourcing and quality parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Identify furniture manufacturers in India & China with desirable designs and quality standards - Visit potential manufacturers to assess their infrastructure and capabilities - Establish sourcing and quality parameters with selected manufacturers - Forge alliances with the chosen manufacturers to ensure high-quality and stylish furniture pieces Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field - 7 to 15 years of work experience in sourcing or manufacturing furniture - Preference for candidates with experience in furniture sourcing from Home-Retail stores, global furniture sourcing firms, furniture manufacturing companies, or product design firms - Strong knowledge of materials, textures, and finishes is essential About Us: Beyond&more curates Luxury Furniture & Decorative Lights from Europe & USA, specializing in offerings for Residences & Offices.
