Furniture Production & Design Detail Executive

We are looking for a dedicated team member who can handle detailed interior drawings and furniture production drawings, as well as supervise execution at the factory level. This role requires precision, technical knowledge, and coordination with both design and production teams. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive interior working drawings including layouts, ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, elevations, etc. Additionally, you will create detailed furniture design and shop drawings for production. It will be crucial to coordinate with the design team to accurately translate concepts into drawings. You will also supervise production and assembly at the factory, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Furthermore, you will assist in site measurements, vendor coordination, and execution as necessary. It is essential to maintain organized drawing documentation and update revisions as required. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (knowledge of SketchUp/Photoshop is a plus), a strong understanding of materials, joinery, and site execution, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Good communication and time-management skills are also required.
