About the Role

Equartis Technologies is looking for a talented and driven Furniture & Interior Designer Intern to support our design and development projects. This role offers hands-on experience in luxury interiors, furniture collection development, and end-to-end execution. You’ll work closely with our team and clients, gaining real exposure to the design industry.

What You’ll Do

• Design new furniture collections and support product development and prototyping
• Create design presentations, layouts, mood boards, and styling plans
• Assist in space planning and client interaction
• Conduct order quality checks and final product inspections
• Ensure design execution aligns with project requirements and timelines
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain quality and design accuracy

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, carpentry basics & joinery
• Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning & ergonomics
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Comfortable communicating with clients and supporting design lead conversions
• Detail-oriented, organised, creative, and execution-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
