Furniture Fixer

About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable Furniture Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and setting up furniture at client locations while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and fittings according to design specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and installation instructions. Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of furniture to prevent damage. Inspect furniture pieces for defects or missing components before installation. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installation. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve on-site issues. Follow safety standards and company policies at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Furniture Installer, Carpenter, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of tools, hardware, and installation techniques. Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to different client locations as required. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in carpentry or furniture assembly is a plus). Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
