Role: Sales Executive Locations: Pune (1), Indore/Bhopal Overview: We are urgently looking for Sales Executives for the locations mentioned above. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in B2B sales within the building materials industry. We are seeking proactive individuals who are skilled in customer interaction and driven to meet sales and collection targets. This position offers a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales in the architecture, design, construction or buildings material industry Experience in furniture fittings or architectural hardware industry would be preferable Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and growing dealers network Strong experience in B2B sales channel and field sales Should possess strong arithmetic skills Customer centric mindset with the ability to build the rapport quickly Has excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the building materials industry Preferred candidate profile Competitive salary + Performance-based incentives Travel allowance and vehicle allowance Growth opportunities within the company.
