The main duties and responsibilities of Carpenter B include:
? Measuring, cutting, fabricating and installing wall partitions, platforms, rails, etc.
? Use portable carpentry hand and power tools to fabricate and repair wooden products
? Repairing doors and windows including hinges, latches, handles, and body
? Preparing walls and surfaces for installation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
? Use spray gun to paint finishing and furniture wood items
? Build (under supervision) basic structures like walls, raised platforms, steps, etc.
? Providing customer service and support.
? Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
? Adhering to all safety and health regulations.
? Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
