Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM. Build relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, renewals, and upgrades. Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional client experience. Support new customer onboarding guide them through our fitness ecosystem and help them stay motivated. Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams for campaigns, promotions, and client journeys. Track and report daily activity, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Support / Inside Sales / Client Servicing (fitness, wellness, or real estate background preferred). Personality: Energetic, empathetic, organized, and goal-oriented. Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Hindi. Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace.
