Fund raising Officer CSR/ Corporate

As a Fundraising Executive at Samarthanam, your role involves developing and maintaining relationships with NGOs, corporations, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals to raise funds through CSR initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with NGO, corporate/institutions/high-net-worth individual donors. - Preparing effective proposals for grants/donations. - Inspiring new supporters to raise money and maintaining relationships with existing supporters. - Developing new fundraising activities and organizing events. - Raising awareness of the charity at local and national levels. - Coordinating web-based fundraising efforts. - Increasing funds by targeting charitable trusts aligned with the charity's aims. - Overseeing corporate fundraising, including employee giving and matched giving. - Managing donor databases and updating donor information. - Writing applications and mail-shots for donor outreach. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA/MSW degree or be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR or corporate relations. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Effective presentation skills. - Creative thinking abilities. - Strong organization and planning skills. - Ability to work well in a team.
