Job Description

Assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements. Participate in functional workshops and documentation of process flows. Support the configuration and testing of ERP/CRM/enterprise applications. Create user manuals, training materials, and functional specifications. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training. Provide first-line support for issues reported by users. Document and track client feedback, change requests, and resolutions. Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Perform data migration tasks under guidance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the supported application/modules. Mandatory Skills: SAP PP - Production Planning.
