Fullstack .NET Tech Lead

As a Fullstack .NET Tech Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft technology stack. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development process, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of the applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web API, and Entity Framework Core. - Collaborate with product managers and architects to gather requirements and ensure architectural integrity. - Build responsive user interfaces with Angular 12+/React and write clean, efficient code using advanced C# capabilities. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices. - Optimize application performance and ensure security and availability across environments. - Participate in DevOps practices such as CI/CD setup and cloud deployment. - Contribute to Agile/Scrum teams and engage in sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Technical Skills: Backend: - Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 5+, C#, Web API, and RESTful services. - Strong understanding of Generics, Reflection, LINQ, and asynchronous programming. - Experience with Entity Framework Core and performance tuning of .NET applications. - Knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns. Frontend: - Proficiency in Angular 12+ or ReactJS with Redux or RxJS. - Experience in building reusable components and stateful UIs. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. DevOps & Cloud: - Exposure to Azure or AWS for application deployment and monitoring. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools. Database: - Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization. - Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis. Soft Skills & Leadership: - Experience in leading technical teams, performing code reviews, and mentoring. - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. - Ability to balance between high-level architecture and hands-on coding. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
