You would be working on developing a SAAS product with AI/ML capabilities to assist in managing businesses' financial performance in the FinTech industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leadership in Product Development: Taking charge of crafting and developing critical components of Clients offerings using state-of-the-art technology within the AWS cloud ecosystem. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging in cohesive teamwork across various departments and time zones to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with the strategic roadmap. - Business Partnership: Forging meaningful partnerships with business units to consistently deliver added value to clientele. - Cultural Advocacy: Acting as a stalwart promoter of the principles and technological ethos that define the client. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Technical Proficiency: Proven mastery of Node.js and ReactJS along with flexible coding skills. - Significant Experience: Four to ten years of practical professional experience designing, developing, and successfully implementing complex software systems while upholding a high standard of excellence. - System Architecture and Data Expertise: A strong background in data modeling and system design, exposure to Big Data paradigms, and a thorough understanding of RDBMS. - Startup Agility: Excelling in a startup setting and skilled at using creativity and effective problem-solving to navigate ambiguities, scarce resources, and conflicting priorities. - Agile Techniques and Industry Best Practices: Committed to maintaining technical excellence and supporting Agile development approaches. - Superior Technical and Creative Development Capabilities: Thorough understanding of technologies crucial for multi-tenant SaaS architectures, CI/CD techniques, Snowflake platform, different data storage, and integrations with enterprise systems. Proficiency in creating inventive applications using AI-ML technologies is widely coveted, particularly for LLMs with knowledge of AWS resources like Step Functions, RDS, Kinesis, and ELK. Academic Qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science or a closely related engineering field; applicants from prestigious universities like IIT, NIT, or BITS are preferred.
