Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of expertise in backend development and database management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (including roles-wise and user-wise policies), as well as MongoDB and MySQL. You should have proven experience in developing solutions for banking, travel, and SaaS products, and the ability to implement CMS systems. This role requires not just coding proficiency but also leadership skills to manage and mentor a small team of developers while ensuring smooth project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for banking, travel, and SaaS domains.
• Design and manage database schemas, access controls, and policies using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Implement and integrate CMS systems with hands-on development.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 developers, assign tasks, and ensure sprint execution using Jira.
• Review code, handle pull requests,and manage merges to maintain best practices in version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Proven expertise in PostgreSQL database creation, access control policies, and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
• Strong background in backend development for banking, travel, and SaaS products.
• Practical experience implementing CMS systems.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and mentor a small team alongside active coding duties.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Jira for project tracking.
• Experience with Git version control, including pull request and merge management.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js
