Fullstack Developer

As a React JS Developer with 5-7 years of experience, you will be joining our team in Bangalore (Hybrid) as an Engineering Lead. Your role will involve leveraging your strong frontend engineering skills with ReactJS to handle complex imaging applications and lead technical initiatives while mentoring engineers. You will be instrumental in shaping our product architecture, ensuring code quality, and driving technical excellence across the team. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical leadership by offering architectural guidance, establishing coding best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers through technical discussions and hands-on support. Additionally, you will own projects by collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, prioritize engineering tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features. In terms of technical skills, you will lead the design and development of advanced frontend applications using ReactJS, including working with WebGL, Canvas, and advanced rendering libraries to support large imaging files such as DICOM and TIFF, and optimize browser performance. You will also collaborate with backend teams to integrate GraphQL/RESTful APIs and work with Python services like Flask/FastAPI to consume and support API communication. Furthermore, you will utilize AWS services like S3, CloudFront, and authentication flows to build scalable and secure solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of professional software development experience, either full-stack or frontend. You must possess strong expertise in ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks, hands-on integration experience with GraphQL/REST APIs, working knowledge of Node.js for API consumption, and a strong understanding of AWS services. A proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring within an engineering team, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills, will be essential for success in this role.,
