Pay Structure:

• Full Time Salary (After 6 months):

₹25,000–₹65,000/month

• Base ₹25,000–₹35,000 + up to ₹30,000/month (Incentive)

• Evaluation Period Salary (Month 1–6): ₹25,000–₹35,000/month

• Trial Period (1 week – 1 month):
• If left or removed within (1 week – 1 month): ₹700/day basis
• If the trial period is completed: Paid the full Evaluation Period salary for the Trial Period

• Learning Period (1 week):
• If left or removed within 1 week: No salary
• If completed: Paid as per Trial Period rules

Formats: Talking-head YouTube Long-form, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels

Fluency in English: speaking, writing, and understanding

Software: Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
