Full time chess trainer

CheckNmate is currently seeking a dynamic professional for the position of full-time chess trainer. As a part of Check N Mate- Move it smart Pvt Ltd, we are dedicated to helping children enhance their learning, thinking, analytical power, and decision-making abilities through the game of chess. We firmly believe that every child possesses unique potential waiting to be nurtured. Our primary objective is to assist our students in enhancing concentration and academic performance. Our teaching philosophy revolves around the idea that chess can be approached similar to mathematics - in a structured and systematic manner utilizing a puzzle-based methodology. The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following criteria: - Proficiency in playing chess, preferably at least at the school level. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and any regional language. - Passion for teaching. This position is a full-time, permanent role with benefits such as commuter assistance and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during the day shift.
