About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Full-Stack Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can handle end-to-end design and editing work. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize and create high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels, and branding materials. You should also be capable of generating fresh reel ideas and supporting the digital marketing team with engaging visual content.

Before the face-to-face interview, shortlisted candidates will be given a creative task to evaluate their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing, and branding.
• Edit high-quality videos and reels optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop and pitch creative reel ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Design posters, banners, brochures, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that boosts engagement.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver tasks on time.
• Stay updated with trends in social media and video content creation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of visual design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create trendy and engaging reels and short videos.
• Creative thinking and strong conceptualization skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
