Full Stack Java (Angular) Technical Lead /Architect

Job Title: Full Stack Java (Angular) Technical Lead / Architect Experience: 10 to 15 Years Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead with a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , and Angular . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade backend services , alongside hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular (v10+) . You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend layers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This is a leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, architectural vision, and a passion for mentoring and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot and Java . Design and implement rich, responsive, and modern UI components using Angular . Apply advanced knowledge of design patterns such as Saga, Circuit Breaker, CQRS , and event-driven architecture. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices across frontend and backend codebases . Lead and coordinate end-to-end development , including system integration, testing strategies, and deployment. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers , DevOps , QA , and product teams to ensure cohesive application delivery. Mentor junior developers across the stack and contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture . Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical architecture , API specs , UI components , and design decisions. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot , and RESTful API development. Solid experience with Angular (v10+) including component-based architecture, reactive forms, services, and state management. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microservices architecture . In-depth understanding of design principles and architectural patterns (Saga, Circuit Breaker, CQRS). Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Agile methodologies , and DevOps practices . Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills in distributed systems. Experience in responsive design , browser compatibility , and REST API integration on the frontend. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly. Proven ability to lead development efforts in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
